The personal information of the directors and company secretary are to be kept include name, residential address, nationality, business occupation, date of birth and other directorships in other companies that are held or have previously been held by that person within the last five years.

For any corporate directors, the relevant name and registered office is to be recorded. If a confidentiality order is in force as regards the residential address of a director, inspection rights do not include a right to see that address.

For appointment of directors and/or company secretary, form 288a is used. For removal of company secretary or director from office, the form 288b is used. All these forms must be signed and dated and copies must be filed to Companies House.
